Panic at the Disco

Panic! At the Disco burst out of suburban Las Vegas in 2005 with their full-length debut, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. Taking their name from a line in Name Taken's "Panic," the group materialized when friends Spencer Smith (drums) and Ryan Ross (guitar) grew tired of covering blink-182 tunes together and thus recruited classmates Brendon Urie (guitar/vocals) and Brent Wilson (bass) to complete the quartet. Crafting pop-influenced songs with theatrical touches, quirky techno beats, and perceptive lyrics, Panic! At the Disco posted some demos online and soon caught the attention of Decaydance, the Fueled By Ramen imprint headed by Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz.

"I WRITE SINS NOT TRAGEDIES" MUSIC VIDEO

I really like this song of Panic at the Disco

"Sit tight, I'm gonna need you to keep time Come on just snap, snap, snap your fingers for me.Good, good now we're making some progress Come on just tap, tap, tap your toes to the beat" Brendon Urie sings on the first song on "a fever you can't sweat out". and then, your off into a world of churning riffs, two dollars words, and smart ( slightly sarcastic) story telling. "Panic! at the disco" are very unusual and very unique in their impressive debut. using words you need a dictionary for and telling wildly entertaining complex stories. if anything is wrong with "a fever...." is that it is too short. but during the bombast (of the roughly 35 minute set) it's pure bliss. "Panic" are fun, smart, and young. which is good cause hopefully we'll get to enjoy a couple more exciting fevers for years to come.

"Only Difference Between Martyrdom And Suicide Is Press Coverage"

Sit tight, I'm gonna need you to keep tight, come on just snap snap snap your fingers for me.
Good good, now we're making some progress come on just tap tap tap your toes to the beat.
And I believe, this may call for a proper introduction.
And well, don't you see? I'm the narrator, and this is just the prologue.
Swear to shake it up if you swear to listen.
Oh we're still so young, desperate for attention
I aim to be your right
Trophy boys, trophy wives.
Swear to shake it up and you swear to listen
Oh we're still so young, desperate for attention
I aim to be your eyes
Trophy boys, Trophy wives
Applause! Applause! No, wait wait...
Dear studio audience,
I have an announcement to make.
It seems the artists these days are not who you think.
So we'll pick back up on that on another page.
And I believe, this may call for a proper introduction.
And well, dont you see? I'm the narrator and this is just the prologue.
Swear to shake it up if you swear to listen.
Oh we're still so young, desperate for attention
I aim to be your eyes
Trophy boys, trophy wives.
Swear to shake it up and you swear to listen
Oh we're still so young, desperate for attention
I aim to be your eyes
Trophy boys, trophy wives.
Swear to shake it up, you swear to listen.
Swear to shake it up, you swear to listen.
Swear to shake it up, you swear to listen.
Swear to shake it up, swear to shake it up.
Swear to shake it up if you swear to listen.
Oh we're still so young, desperate for attention
I aim to be your eyes
Trophy boys, trophy wives.
Swear to shake it up and you swear to listen.
Oh we're still so young, desperate for attention
I aim to be... your eyes.
